Candidates from Hanoi and Ninh Binh are joint valedictorians in the 2025 national graduation exam

(Dan Tri) - The two valedictorians of the 2025 high school graduation exam, with a total score of 39, are from Hanoi and Ninh Binh. The two runners-up are from Nghe An and Hanoi.

On the morning of July 16, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the 2025 high school graduation exam scores of more than one million candidates.

According to analysis from exam score data announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, the national valedictorian in the 2025 high school graduation exam is candidate with registration number 01016799 from Hanoi and 25004003 from Ninh Binh (former Nam Dinh Examination Council).

The two candidates had a total score of 39/40 in 4 subjects with 2 scores of 10 in math and physics. In the remaining two subjects, both candidates achieved 9.25 points in literature and 9.75 points in English/chemistry respectively.

The two runners-up, both with 38.75 points, came from Hanoi and Nghe An.

The 2024 high school graduation exam has 2 valedictorians with a score of 57.85 for 6 subjects. Among them, Dinh Thi Bich Ngoc, a 12th grader majoring in English 1 at Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted, is the "double" valedictorian (national valedictorian and valedictorian of block C00).

In which, math score is 8.8, literature 9.75, history 10, geography 10, civics 9.5, English 9.8.

The remaining valedictorian is Nguyen Ha Nhi, class 12D1, Nguyen Gia Thieu High School, Hanoi, who achieved an impressive series of scores including: Math 8.8, Literature 9.25, Foreign Language 9.8 and 3 absolute 10s in History, Geography and Civic Education.

In 2025, the whole country will have a total of more than 1.16 million candidates taking the high school graduation exam, of which nearly 25,000 candidates will take the 2006 general education program and the remaining 1.13 million candidates will take the current program.

After the exam scores are announced, candidates need to pay attention to important milestones such as: Time to receive temporary high school graduation exam results certificate, exam results certificate, transcripts, related documents, submit appeal application (if any)...

From 8:00 a.m. this morning (July 16), candidates nationwide will be able to look up their 2025 high school graduation exam scores.
