To welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, many enterprises have proactively registered specific competition targets associated with production and business tasks, demonstrating high determination among all cadres, workers and laborers.
At Ha Tinh Garment Factory 10 (Vung Ang Economic Zone), nearly 400 workers in 7 sewing lines are busy with export orders to the US, China, Japan and European markets. In September 2025, the unit strives to produce nearly 110,000 products to meet partners' orders, aiming to increase output by 10% and revenue by 15% over the same period.
Mr. Dang Viet Thuc - Director of Ha Tinh Garment Factory 10 said: "To promote the emulation movement in production among workers and employees, we reward teams and departments that perform well and encourage individuals to propose initiatives and improvements in production. In addition, we focus on taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers, supporting workers in difficult circumstances so that they can work with peace of mind. Increased productivity, output, increased revenue, and strong development of the factory are also common contributions to the economic development of the province".
For Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation, its affiliated enterprises with nearly 1,000 employees are also enthusiastically competing in production and business, striving to complete the set targets, achieving the goal of bringing the Corporation's revenue to over 2,000 billion VND, an increase of about 10% compared to the plan.
Mr. Dao Anh Dung - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation said: "In the atmosphere of cadres, party members and people towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress, all cadres, party members and employees at the enterprise are striving to compete in labor production with the spirit of safe, productive and quality production, striving to exceed the plan, production and business targets and ensure the lives of workers. Those are also the bright and brilliant "flowers" offered to the Provincial Party Committee".
As a unit that directly performs many tasks to serve the Provincial Party Congress, at this time, hundreds of employees of Ha Tinh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company are busy with many important tasks.
On major roads and squares, workers from the Parks and Trees Branch urgently planted new trees and lawns. In another area, workers from the Urban Lighting Branch diligently inspected, reviewed, installed and supplemented street lights and decorative lights for night lighting. Meanwhile, workers from the Environment and Sanitation Branch continuously carried out general cleaning, collected garbage, and swept to ensure the urban landscape was always clean and tidy.
