In a recent working session between the Vietnam Sports Administration and the unit coordinating the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in training to improve sports performance - DreaMax, the company representative said that they had studied international documents to ensure the application of the system in accordance with reality.
Shooting is one of four key sports that will adopt data systems development.
DreaMax will develop a data system for four key sports: Shooting, Archery, Taekwondo and Boxing. The system will analyze professional indicators such as bullet trajectory, rotation, injury prevention, accuracy and health indicators through wearables.
DreaMax representative said that they have studied international documents and integrated domestic application projects to ensure the system is suitable for reality. The company also collected opinions from departments to adjust the structure, names of information fields, and decentralize management by level.
The data system is also designed to collect training and competition indicators, energy efficiency, calorie consumption, sleep, stress levels, etc. Wearable devices allow coaches to monitor multiple athletes at the same time, helping to evaluate and modify training plans faster. This information also serves communication, comparison, and experience after each training session or competition.
During the meeting, the coaches and department representatives reached a high level of consensus on the decentralized management structure, basic information fields and names presented by DreaMax. In particular, health and training indicators need time to be tested in practice before being officially put into use.
It is known that in the coming time, DreaMax will continue to closely coordinate with each department to specify the requirements, speeding up the completion of the system in October.
