On June 3, the Criminal Police Department (PC02), Ho Chi Minh City Police urgently arrested Ngo Quang Anh (born in 1995, residing in District 12) for the crime of "Extortion of property".
Previously, on the evening of June 1, detectives from PC02 Department and Go Vap District Police inspected the T. Hotel on Nguyen Van Khoi Street (Ward 11, Go Vap District) and discovered Anh forcing NTT to have sex.
During the fight, Anh confessed that he had texted and sent nude photos of Ms. T. to Zalo, demanding that Ms. T. have sex with him. If she did not, Anh would post Ms. T.'s nude photos on the website and send them to her family, but Ms. T. did not agree.

Ms. T. said she would give Anh a ring worth 120 million VND if he would delete her photos. However, Anh did not agree and instead forced Ms. T. to go to a hotel to have sex, and to serve his sick requests before deleting the nude photos and sex clips.
When arriving at T. hotel, Ms. T. gave Anh 10 million VND and asked Anh to delete her nude photos and sex clips. After that, Anh saw Ms. T. wearing a ring and metal bracelet, so he asked Ms. T. to take them off and give them to Anh.
However, he still asked her for sex.
While Anh was "doing the deed", the police came in to check and discovered. Checking Anh's phone, laptop, and tablet, the police discovered many sensitive images and clips of many prostitutes secretly filmed by the subject, and many messages soliciting many women for sex.
Police determined that Anh operated through closed groups and forums that were strictly secured and censored. The “pimps” and “madams” set up closed groups, fully exposing information and images of prostitutes for customers to choose and arrange meetings.
However, Anh and a number of other people used sensitive images of prostitutes to threaten to rape and extort property from the victims.
The police request that anyone who is a victim of Anh come to the police station to report or contact directly officer Nguyen The Vinh, Deputy Captain of the Major Crimes Team, Department PC02 for instructions on how to handle the situation.
