Pursuant to Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL dated October 5, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the organization and operation of the Film Appraisal and Classification Council; At the request of the Director of the Department of Cinema... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to establish the Film Appraisal and Classification Council on cyberspace for the term 2025-2027.
Accordingly, the Council for film appraisal and classification on cyberspace, term 2025 - 2027 (hereinafter referred to as the Council), includes Mr. Do Quoc Viet, PhD in Cultural Management, Deputy Director of the Department of Cinema as Chairman of the Council; Mr. Dang Van Hao, Bachelor of Law, Chief of Office of the Department of Cinema as Vice Chairman of the Council along with members.

The Council is responsible for appraising and classifying films on cyberspace according to the provisions of Circular No. 05/2023/TTBVHTTDL dated April 5, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating criteria for classifying films and displaying film classification levels and warnings.
The Council operates according to the regulations stipulated in Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL dated October 5, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the organization and operation of the Film Appraisal and Classification Council and is entitled to remuneration according to current regulations.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 2071/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 3, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the establishment of Council No. 1 for the appraisal and classification of films on cyberspace for the 2023-2025 term and Decision No. 2070/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 3, 2023 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the establishment of Council No. 2 for the appraisal and classification of films on cyberspace for the 2023-2025 term.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Cinema, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and the gentlemen and ladies named in Article 1 to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
