Accordingly, this morning, the victim's relatives, including his daughter, brother, and sister, went to Con Co island district to confirm that the body that drifted to the island at 1:45 p.m. on June 14 was indeed their relative.

Accordingly, the victim was identified as Ms. Truong Thi Ngan, born in 1964 in Nhan Hai village, Nhan Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province.

According to relatives, on June 13, the victim, her husband and son went to collect fish traps along the Dinh River, which flows through Nhan Trach Commune. After collecting the fish traps, the son returned home first. However, at around 5 a.m., when his parents did not return, the son went back to look for them.

At the fishing net storage area, the son discovered his parents' bamboo boat drifting, but no one was on board, so he notified the local authorities and the authorities organized a search.
