On July 31, in Ha Long ward, the Quang Ninh province's animation script appraisal council met to evaluate and select typical scripts to serve the production of an animation film promoting the Code of Conduct in Quang Ninh province , the value system and people of Quang Ninh .
The evaluation was attended by the Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the Council and members, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Department of Education and Training, Department of Cinema ( Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ), and a number of domestic directors and animators.
According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as of May 25, 2025, 4 units have submitted applications to participate in the selection of animated film scripts, including: "I love Quang Ninh" script by HAVIS Vietnam Media Joint Stock Company; "Quang Ninh in my heart" script by Vietnam Digital Film Studio Joint Stock Company; "Quang Ninh my homeland" script by Gia Pham Trading Joint Stock Company; "Beautiful Quang Ninh" script by Vietnam Animation Film Studio Joint Stock Company.
The Council highly appreciated the scripts for their clear and logical structure, high applicability, and dissemination, entertainment, humorous elements, connection with culture and landscape of Quang Ninh, images suitable for children, and humane educational messages.
The Council also suggested adding some details to increase the depth of content, increase local identity and further improve artistic elements to perfect the script before production.
The Council has scored on a 10-point scale, based on the criteria of ideological content, art, creativity and suitability for children and adolescents. The evaluation results will be compiled by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, reported to the Provincial People's Committee for selection and decision on the script to be included in the production plan in the coming time.
