
Accordingly, 25 trainees who are grassroots health workers were trained in disease prevention after floods such as: diarrhea, dengue fever, hand, foot and mouth disease...; treatment of contaminated domestic water with chloramine B, alum, rough filtration; collection of waste, animal carcasses and quick environmental sanitation at households, schools and first aid skills for trauma.

In addition, students are also equipped with knowledge about ensuring food safety and personal hygiene in areas affected by natural disasters; communication work in the community, instructing people on how to protect their health, and monitor early signs of disease.

Organizing training courses has practical significance in helping the health sector improve its response capacity, minimize damage caused by natural disasters, and protect public health.
