Creating new momentum for the Youth Union movement in the Party agencies of Lam Dong province

On the afternoon of September 9, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong Provincial Party agencies held a conference to announce the decision on the organization and personnel of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Party agencies.

Comrade Hoang Thanh Hai, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Agencies and leaders of the staff departments assisting the Party Committee attended the Conference.

The event marked an important development step of the Youth Union in the Party agencies, creating a premise to promote youth and vanguard spirit in carrying out the province's political tasks.

Conference Delegates

According to Decision No. 88 dated August 15, 2025 of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee agencies was upgraded from a grassroots-level equivalent Union to a Union directly under the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union.

The Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies consists of 7 comrades who are former Executive Committee members, along with a number of additional personnel, ensuring standards, capacity and prestige.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Lam was elected to hold the position of Secretary, comrade Tran Da Thao assumed the position of Deputy Secretary.

These are cadres with experience in Youth Union work, understanding the characteristics of the provincial Party agencies, and are expected to organize and implement Youth Union work and lead the youth movement to develop strongly in the new period.

At the Conference, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also announced the decision to upgrade affiliated Youth Union organizations.

Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee agencies; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Court; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Procuracy; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee have officially been completed in terms of organizational model.

This is considered an important step to strengthen the network of Youth Union organizations, creating a more favorable foundation for units to carry out activities in the coming time.

Comrade Truong Minh Quang, Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union spoke at the Conference.

Speaking at the Conference, comrade Truong Minh Quang, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union emphasized: The consolidation and strengthening of the organizational apparatus of affiliated Youth Unions needs to be implemented promptly to ensure stable operations.

After the apparatus has been arranged, it is necessary to focus on directing the successful organization of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

He suggested that the Executive Committee soon develop a plan, identify key tasks for 2025, and at the same time prepare key contents for 2026.
