Strengthening inspection and reorganizing the apparatus of district-level People's Procuracy

Inspection teams of the Provincial People's Procuracy have just conducted inspections at the People's Procuracies of Phu Hoa, Dong Xuan, Song Hinh districts and Song Cau town.

The inspection focused on reviewing, cataloguing and arranging files, documents, cases and incidents that have been and are being resolved, preparing for the handover when the district-level People's Procuracy ends its operations to establish a regional People's Procuracy according to the restructuring roadmap. The delegation also worked with leaders and civil servants of each unit to grasp the actual situation, and at the same time inspected the management work, preparation for the collection and handover of seals according to regulations.

Through the inspection, the delegations acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the units in implementing the policies of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Provincial People's Procuracy on streamlining the organization, arranging the payroll, and improving operational efficiency. At the same time, they requested the units to continue promoting the achieved results, strictly implementing the regulations of the Party, the State and the industry; enhancing the responsibility of the leaders in directing and assigning specific tasks, ensuring strict management of records, assets, and equipment, and proper handover, preventing loss and interruption of operations; maintaining discipline, ensuring professional quality and serving well the local political tasks, contributing to improving the effectiveness of inspection work in the new situation.
