Comrade Bui Viet Hoang, Party Secretary, said: Son La Telecommunications Party Committee has 10 grassroots party cells, of which 5 are in Son La city, 5 are Telecommunications Centers in districts and towns, with a total of 110 party members. Collectives and individuals always raise awareness in training, cultivating ethics, being exemplary in all work, especially in improving care services, creating trust with customers.

Every quarter, the Party Committee organizes thematic activities on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with implementing topics on innovating the production and business model of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, implementing thematic resolutions on production and business. Directing Party cells to issue programs, plans, and propose solutions to improve the quality of customer care services in accordance with local realities.

Faced with the strong demand for digital transformation, the Party Cell of Song Ma - Sop Cop Telecommunication Center has sent technical staff to survey units to upgrade high-speed network systems for customers who are agencies, units, and organizations. In particular, the unit has re-planned the internal LAN network, added load balancing equipment to Song Ma District General Hospital and Song Ma District Continuing Education Center, serving the scheduling of medical examinations, treatment and organizing teaching and learning on the internet environment.

Comrade Trinh Van Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of VNPT Song Ma - Sop Cop Center, said: From 2024 to now, the unit has built a plan to install XGS-PON network for 50 government units, General Hospital, Song Ma District Medical Center, schools and Continuing Education Centers, individual customers, business households and enterprises, which has been highly appreciated and satisfied by customers, contributing to an additional revenue of 150 million/year, affirming its pivotal role in providing information technology telecommunications services.

Since VNPT Song Ma - Sop Cop re-planned the internal LAN network, upgraded and added equipment, it has helped deploy effective medical examination and treatment software. Mr. Vu Van Hiep, Director of Song Ma District General Hospital, said: In particular, the VNPT-HIS software provided by VNPT helps the hospital to dataize patient records right from reception, to medical examination and treatment, department management, and public, transparent and time-saving health insurance payment.

From 2024 to present, cadres and party members of the Party cells under VNPT Son La have proposed 36 initiatives and solutions to improve service quality, customer care, create customer satisfaction and trust, contributing to increasing the number of customers using VNPT services; increasing average revenue by 3.73%/year; average income of employees increasing by 2.2%/year. Typically, the initiative "Some comprehensive customer care solutions combined with propaganda and mobilizing customers to use VNPT services" of the Moc Chau-Van Ho Telecommunications Center Party Cell; the solution "Using a set of tools and equipment to optimize time in production and business" of the Mai Son-Yen Chau Telecommunications Center Party Cell, has reduced the time to handle a subscriber's incident from 2-4 hours to about 1 hour...

To improve the internet connection experience for people and customers, the Son La Telecommunications Party Committee has directed investment in telecommunications infrastructure, information technology, 4G coverage in 99% of the province, 100% of communes, wards and towns have high-speed fiber optic lines.
