On the afternoon of March 19, on social networks, controversial images were spread at the Paris Club Linh Dam karaoke bar, branch 2, HUD2 Twin Towers apartment building, Tay Nam Linh Dam urban area (Hoang Mai, Hanoi ).

The online community wants the management agency and authorities to quickly verify the information and punish the violators. This is not the first time that content on social networks has angered the public.

Inspectors of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports said they are checking, verifying, clarifying information about the incident and will strictly handle it according to their authority.

In addition, the Department Inspectorate also coordinated with PA03 (Department of Internal Political Security, Hanoi City Police), and Hoang Mai District Police to verify and clarify the incident.

A representative of the Paris Club karaoke bar confirmed that the video clip was posted in February and was not intended to defame the military. He said that the videos were filmed by a booking agent (a person who invites customers) to attract customers, not by the bar's official account.

Previously, on the social network TikTok, many account owners were fined for videos with controversial content, intentionally attracting views and likes. Most recently, TikToker Hua Quoc Anh, No O No... were fined for posting false information, sharing information that is not in accordance with the nation's traditions and customs.
