BBK - On the afternoon of June 24, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review propaganda and mass mobilization work in the first 6 months of 2025. The conference aimed to evaluate the results achieved, clarify limitations and causes, and at the same time propose directions and key tasks in propaganda and mass mobilization work in the last 6 months of the year.

In the first 6 months of 2025, propaganda and mass mobilization work in Bac Kan province has achieved many positive results. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department proactively implemented tasks according to plan, making an important contribution to raising political and ideological awareness of cadres, party members and people. The Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws were widely disseminated, creating consensus among the people. Party and government building work at the grassroots level continued to be consolidated, contributing to maintaining political stability and socio-economic development.

The work of disseminating the directives and resolutions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees has always been well implemented. Conferences to disseminate and disseminate important documents have been effectively organized, helping cadres, party members and people understand and seriously implement the Party's policies. Propaganda and dissemination of resolutions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees in some places are not really profound, lacking connection with local reality. The work of grasping the ideological situation and public opinion has not been fully and promptly implemented, leading to the failure to respond promptly to hot issues, affecting the political and social situation.

The main reason for these limitations is that the leadership and direction at some Party committees are not resolute, and there is a lack of initiative in developing documents guiding the implementation of work. Along with that, the material conditions and means for serving propaganda and mass mobilization work are still limited. Some cadres and Party members have not fully recognized the importance of propaganda and mass mobilization work, leading to ineffective implementation.

To continue improving the quality of propaganda and mass mobilization work in the last 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has set out key tasks such as: Continuing to promote propaganda and mobilization work for the people, especially in the context of digital transformation and the strong development of social networks. Paying more attention to the work of grasping social thoughts and opinions, promptly handling arising situations and orienting public opinion correctly.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department continues to closely coordinate with the Fatherland Front, mass organizations at all levels and the government to implement patriotic emulation movements, especially the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement, contributing to strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the State and the People. The work of organizing and directing the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement in local socio -economic development programs, especially compensation and resettlement support projects, will continue to be promoted.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed many practical ideas. One of the contents of interest was the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization work at the grassroots level, as well as propaganda methods in the context of strong digital technology development. Delegates also proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination between functional agencies in mass mobilization and propaganda work, and at the same time made recommendations to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks.
