After cars, Hanoi Traffic Police continue to test and issue motorcycle driving licenses

On June 26, at the Driving Test Center (Fire Prevention University), Hanoi City Police held the opening ceremony of the motorcycle driving license test (class A1). Up to this point, Hanoi has officially started organizing the test and issuing driving licenses of all classes according to the classification of the Ministry of Public Security.

Before the test took place, officers from the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police informed the candidates of the strict regulations of the test. This included being present on time, presenting full identification documents (valid citizen identification card), and strictly following the instructions of the Examination Council.

Along with that, the use of electronic devices, recording, filming, or livestreaming during the exam has been emphasized to ensure concentration and fairness for all candidates. In particular, cheating, smoking, eating, or using stimulants in the exam room are strictly prohibited, warned, or even disqualified.

Speaking to CAND Newspaper, Captain Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung - an officer of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination Team (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) said: "Our top goal when organizing this examination is to ensure the quality of the drivers' output. A person with a driving license must have real knowledge of road traffic laws and safe driving skills. We apply strict regulations not only to combat negativity but also to encourage candidates to study and practice seriously. This directly contributes to reducing traffic accidents caused by drivers' lack of knowledge or poor skills."

Traffic police officers check candidates before entering the theory test room. Items such as mobile phones, electronic devices... are not allowed to be used during the test.

Many students said that after receiving notice of the exam time, they carefully prepared the theory part according to the new regulations.

Attending the test this morning, candidate Nguyen Thi Van Anh shared her feelings: "I found the test process very professional and transparent. From the stage of preparing documents to entering the test room, everything was clearly instructed. The supervisors were very serious but also friendly, making the candidates feel comfortable and not under too much pressure."

Van Anh also affirmed that the entire exam process was very transparent: “From the time of submitting the application to the exam, I found everything to be public. I believe in the fairness of the exam. This helps me focus completely on the test without having to worry about external factors. I think this is a very good sign, showing the efforts of the authorities in building a civilized and quality testing environment."

Female candidate Nguyen Thi Van Anh was happy after completing the theory test with 25/25 questions and was congratulated by the traffic police supervisor.

Candidate Tran Dinh Quan highly appreciated the preparation of the exam: "The theoretical exam room is very clean, the computer equipment works stably. The practical exam area is also arranged scientifically and clearly. I believe that with such careful preparation, candidates will have the best conditions to demonstrate their abilities."

After completing the theory test, students are supported to prepare for the practical test on the field with 4 contents: Going through the figure 8; going through a straight line; going through a road with barriers and going through a rough road. The test motorbike is equipped with an automatic scoring device and the data is connected to the scoring system supervised by the traffic police.

Previously, on June 24, at the Hung Vuong VocationalEducation and Driving Test Training Center, Hanoi City Police organized a driving license test for candidates who had been trained and granted certificates of eligibility to take the test.

Thus, up to this point, the City Police have deployed the organization of testing and issuance of driving licenses of all classes according to the classification of the Ministry of Public Security.
