Life skills books for primary school children

The book series "Comic life skills - For primary school children" is made with the purpose of conveying in an easy-to-understand and familiar way basic knowledge about safety in daily life at home, at school, in class, in public places... to young readers.

Through thematic groups: Safe play, Safe eating, Safe traffic, Healthy body, the book series builds more than 60 common situations in the real life of Vietnamese children, with the context of crowded and complicated traffic, polluted environment, worrying infectious disease issues, children lacking space to play...

The book series also mentions current events, such as: fake food, accidents on conveyor belt elevators, accidents at construction sites, child kidnapping, etc.

Knowledge and methods for safe and healthy living are integrated into an attractive and fun comic format, helping children develop reflexes to recognize danger, learn how to protect themselves, and develop safety skills:

From how to behave when approached by strangers, precautions when using sharp objects, handling battery waste to fire prevention, drowning prevention, electric shock accidents, heatstroke or food poisoning...

The group of authors Hoai Thu, Hieu Minh and artist Nguyen Quang Toan have many years of experience in developing book series for children.

In particular, the two authors Hoai Thu and Nguyen Quang Toan are the ones who implemented the project of continuing the comic book "Ty Quay" by the late artist Dao Hai. From there, they understand the trends and interests of young readers.

They spent a lot of time researching, exploring, consulting and creating the series "Life skills comics - For primary school children".
