Tay Tuu Ward celebrates the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

HNP - On the morning of August 29, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Tu ward solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, awarding Party badges to party members with full tenure and summarizing the work of organizing the ward Party Congress.

Delivering a speech at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Huu Tuyen, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council, emphasized that the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is an opportunity for us to further deepen the great historical significance of the autumn days of 1945 - when our people rose up to regain their human rights and mastery of the country. It is also a reminder of today's responsibility: Continuing the indomitable spirit and aspiration for independence - freedom - happiness of our ancestors, fostering Vietnamese mettle and intelligence, strongly innovating and constantly creating, determined to realize the aspiration to build a Vietnam that is comprehensively and sustainably developed in the new era.

The Party Secretary of the ward said that Tay Tuu ward officially operated from July 1, 2025 under the 2-level local government model. Immediately after being arranged and consolidated under the new government model, the entire political system of the ward quickly stabilized its organization, focused on implementing political tasks, ensuring scientific and reasonable assignment and arrangement of work, not interrupting the operation of the administrative apparatus, and promptly meeting the requirements of serving cadres, party members and people in the area. One of the important tasks, creating a foundation for the development of the ward in the period of 2025-2030, is to organize branch congresses and party committees at all levels towards the 1st Congress of Tay Tuu ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Fully aware of its responsibility to the City Party Committee, especially the expectations of more than 1,150 party members in the entire Party Committee, immediately after officially operating, the Ward Party Committee has developed and issued a system of leadership documents, directing the organization of branch congresses and party committees at all levels towards the first Congress of Tay Tuu Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

On August 13, the Tay Tuu Ward Party Committee ( Hanoi ) held the official session of the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030. The Congress set out 06 development goals to 2030, with a vision to 2045; 05 key tasks; 05 main solutions and 03 breakthroughs to focus on implementation in the term 2025-2030.

Along with the preparation and successful organization of the Party Congress, Tay Tuu ward continues to maintain and carry out well the tasks of economic , cultural and social development, promoting patriotic emulation movements in all fields. The local economy maintains stable growth; cultural and social activities, social security policies are implemented with attention; people's lives are guaranteed. The political security situation, social order and safety are stable, national defense and security are maintained.

Promoting valuable lessons from the victory of the August Revolution in 1945 and lessons learned from the success of the Ward Party Congress, comrade Nguyen Huu Tuyen requested that affiliated party organizations, agencies and units thoroughly disseminate and propagate the results of the Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress according to Plan No. 03 dated August 22, 2025 of the Party Committee to all cadres, party members and people, and quickly put the Resolution into practice. Review and supplement the working regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; establish Steering Committees, develop full-term work programs, and have specific implementation plans to clearly identify tasks or groups of tasks in each year. Implement the establishment, management and archiving of records after the Congress in accordance with regulations.

Focus on reviewing socio-economic, defense and security targets for 2025. Strive to comprehensively complete and exceed the 2025 plan targets. Complete the socio-economic development plan and budget estimates, public investment plan for 2025; 5-year socio-economic development and public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030. Promote administrative reform in all areas; focus on removing difficulties, promoting production to create favorable conditions for production and business enterprises. Promote disbursement of public investment capital plans. Implement well the work of land management, construction order management, urban order in the area. Resolve and thoroughly handle issues of concern and reflection to voters and public opinion.

Strongly promote all resources and creativity of the People in building a healthy cultural environment; take care to improve the material and spiritual life of the People.
