Tay Hoa Lu Ward commends advanced models, launches emulation movement for the period 2025-2030

On the morning of August 25, the People's Committee of Tay Hoa Lu ward held a conference to commend advanced models and launch the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030.

Comrade Dang Thanh Son, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the conference. Also attending the conference were more than 150 delegates representing collectives, units and individuals with many achievements in the patriotic emulation movement.

In recent times, the Party Committee and the government of Tay Hoa Lu ward have focused on comprehensively leading the emulation and reward work, linking emulation with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and implementing political tasks and developing the local socio-economy. Thereby, the emulation movements have achieved practical results. The movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas" has completed its goals; electricity infrastructure, roads, schools and stations have been invested synchronously; the movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" has supported the construction and repair of 152 houses for poor, near-poor households and policy families with a total cost of 18.6 billion VND. Poverty reduction work has been implemented synchronously with many diverse forms, helping 563 households escape poverty and near-poverty.

In the socio -economic development competition, the economic structure has shifted positively: services-trade account for 53%, industry-construction accounts for 30%, agriculture-forestry-fishery accounts for 17%. Total budget revenue in the period of 2021-2025 reaches 454.38 billion VND (average of 90 billion VND/year); in 2025 it is estimated to reach 926.805 billion VND; average income is 78.76 million VND/person/year. Tourism has strongly recovered, with an average of 3.5 million visitors/year, revenue of about 2,000 billion VND. Ecological agriculture has developed, with 13 OCOP products (3 4-star products, 10 3-star products).

The cultural and social fields have clearly changed: 100% of hamlets and residential groups have cultural houses and sports areas; over 90% of households have achieved the title of "Cultural Family". The work of preserving and promoting cultural heritage continues to receive attention, associated with the orientation of tourism development. The ward currently has 171 relics, of which 58 are ranked at provincial, national and special national levels; in the period of 2021-2025, 5 relics will be restored, 1 provincial relic will be embellished, and 17 ancient houses will be proposed to be restored; Hoa Lu festival, Bai Dinh pagoda... are held annually, attracting a large number of people and tourists.

The education and training sector has developed comprehensively; preventive medicine and health care for the people have continued to receive attention, medical facilities have been invested in and upgraded; national defense and security have been maintained... The commendation work has been carried out in accordance with regulations and in a timely manner. Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee, local government, the Fatherland Front, political organizations and affiliated sectors and units have been commended at all levels, including: 02 Excellent Emulation Flags of the Provincial People's Committee; 56 Certificates of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee; 09 Certificates of Merit of the Central Association; 115 Certificates of Merit of the District People's Committee. The People's Committees of communes and wards have commended 251 collectives and 719 individuals with outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements.

Emulating to build civilized residential areas, building a green-clean-beautiful living environment. Emulating to build a clean and strong Party organization and political system, strengthening discipline, promoting the responsibility of leaders, promoting administrative reform, tightening public service discipline. Emulating to develop socio-economy, improve the quality of education, health care, social security; preserving and promoting heritage values. Emulating to maintain national defense, security, ensuring social order and safety. Emulating to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh; especially good models, typical advanced examples, creating a widespread influence throughout society.
