Expressing deep gratitude to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, people participating in the resistance war who were infected with toxic chemicals and families of martyrs, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen Tien Quyet emphasized that in order to improve the effectiveness of caring for people with meritorious services, Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations need to promote propaganda, education on traditions, foster gratitude and pride for the younger generation.
