Labor Hero Pham Dinh Duan confided: Learning and following Uncle Ho's example is associated with daily work in production shifts. I complete 27 shifts/month and achieve high productivity. My daily work is to always stay close to the scene. When there is a critical area or difficult work, I always come up with ideas, discuss with the supervisor and workers in the workshop, connect with engineers to complete and create reasonable initiatives.
