Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien inspected the preparation for the 2025 high school graduation exam

PTQ - On June 18, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam of the province inspected the preparation work for the exam at a number of exam sites in Nghia Hanh and Tu Nghia districts. He requested the exam sites to review and fix as soon as possible the points noted by the inspection team to ensure the exam is held safely and seriously.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien and members of the Exam Steering Committee inspected the exam site of Nghia Hanh High School No. 1. This exam site has completed the preparation of facilities for the exam according to regulations. Arranged official exam rooms, spare rooms, rooms for storing candidates' belongings, rooms for storing exam papers and exam papers. Actively coordinated with the police, medical , and electricity forces to prepare lighting, security, order, traffic safety, and food hygiene and safety for the exam. At this exam site, there are 359 candidates registered to take the exam. The total number of exam rooms is 17, including 01 waiting room and 01 spare room.

At the examination site of High School No. 1, Tu Nghia district, there were 476 candidates taking the exam, including 47 independent candidates. The total number of examination rooms was 21. Other conditions regarding security, camera monitoring system, ensuring safety for the exam were ready. The school proactively reviewed and coordinated with related units in supporting the organization of the exam.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien requested that the examination sites quickly fix the problems that the inspection team had noted. Some examination sites are near residential areas, so there should be plans to ensure security and order, to avoid leaking or leaking exam papers. Review all conditions according to regulations so that the examination can take place safely and seriously.

In the 2025 high school graduation exam, the whole Quang Ngai province has 14,517 candidates registered to take the exam. Of which, there are 14,179 candidates following the 2018 GeneralEducation Program and 338 candidates following the 2006 General Education Program. The province arranged 36 exam sites, 687 exam rooms, and mobilized more than 2,300 officials and teachers to work on the exam. The official exam will take place on June 26 and 27.
