(gialai.gov.vn) - In the atmosphere of the whole country welcoming the new school year, on the morning of September 5, Quy Nhon High School solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the 2025-2026 school year. Attending the Opening Ceremony were Comrade Lam Hai Giang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of Quy Nhon Nam Ward; representatives of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education. On the school's side, there were Teacher Duong Van Minh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the School Council and members of the Board of Directors, Quy Nhon High School Council. Also attending were the staff, teachers and students of Quy Nhon High School.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Quy Nhon High School has strived and achieved many proud achievements in all aspects. The school's high school graduation rate reached 100%, ranking among the 44/133 high schools and continuing education centers in Gia Lai province with a 100% graduation rate. The rate of students admitted to full-time universities reached 85%. During the school year, the total number of students in the school with good conduct and academic performance accounted for over 99.34%. The school collective achieved the title of "Advanced Labor Collective", actively responded to patriotic emulation movements, successfully completed assigned tasks; at the same time, it was recognized as a school that met safety standards in terms of security and order, and the movement of the whole people to protect national security. In particular, Quy Nhon High School was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for the School and 04 individuals who have had outstanding achievements in the process of construction and development over the past 20 years.

The 2025-2026 school year is the first school year taking place in a new context when the whole country has completed the arrangement of administrative units, implemented the two-level local government model, and is also the first year of implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development. In the joyful atmosphere of the opening day of the new school year, to encourage and promote the studious spirit of the students, the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province awarded 10 scholarships; BIDV Binh Dinh Bank awarded 5 scholarships; Board of Directors, Board of Directors of Quy Nhon High School, PiJico Insurance Company and Hung Vuong Insurance Company each awarded 2 scholarships to disadvantaged students of Quy Nhon High School.
