"Highland love market" in Binh Thuan commune

On August 30, the Red Cross Society of Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi, in coordination with Binh Thuan Commune, Son La Province, organized the charity program "Highland Love Market" with the participation and companionship of volunteer groups and philanthropists inside and outside the province.

The Red Cross Society of Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi and benefactors presented gifts to show gratitude to veterans in the commune.

Volunteer groups and philanthropists give gifts to poor households in special difficulties.

At the program, the delegation presented 250 gifts to poor households worth 500,000 VND each; presented 100 gratitude gifts to veterans, worth 700,000 VND each and 20 gifts to extremely poor households worth 1 million VND each. At the program, the delegation also organized a volunteer meal to serve the large number of people participating in the market.

Philanthropists distribute necessities to poor households in Binh Thuan commune.

Also at the program, the delegation donated 41.6 tons of cement and stone for the people of Lom Pe village to build 280m of concrete road, worth 60 million VND.

Lom Pe village people built roads in the village from support sources.
