Launching the movement "Quang Tri Armed Forces compete in innovation and digital transformation"

This afternoon, July 28, the Provincial Military Command held a launching ceremony for the emulation movements "Quang Tri Armed Forces compete in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education for the masses". Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired the launching ceremony.

Based on the specific tasks and the spirit of the Politburo 's resolution on "Breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation", in order to promptly raise awareness, sense of responsibility, and create positive motivation for cadres, employees and soldiers, the Provincial Military Command has identified 5 basic and practical emulation contents and goals of the digital transformation emulation movement in the provincial armed forces.

The focus is on promoting education and propaganda work, creating a strong change in awareness and responsibility for digital transformation tasks; competing to ensure synchronous investment in digital infrastructure, creating a solid foundation for digital transformation and competing to apply science and technology, innovation, creativity, and digital application in administrative reform...

To ensure the emulation movement develops steadily, deeply and widely, the Provincial Military Command has set a target that by the end of 2025, 80% of officers and soldiers will have a certain understanding of digital transformation; by 2026, 100% of officers and soldiers will have knowledge and skills to use digital platforms and services for work, know how to protect themselves in the digital environment; and from 2027-2030, 100% of officers and soldiers will master digital transformation.

Based on the content and emulation goals, the Provincial Military Command requires Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to concretize them into action programs at their level so that the emulation movement can spread widely and firmly.
