This is the next milestone of the Japanese brand, through the program “Panasonic for sustainable schools”, with the desire to expand access and experience of STEM for future generations across the country, while at the same time stimulating the creative potential of students.
Students nationwide are excited about the second season of "Let's Create STEM"
Officially launched in February 2025, the contest organized by Panasonic Vietnam in collaboration with Thieu Nien Tien Phong and Nhi Dong Newspapers has recorded 618 video entries from more than 400 schools across the country - nearly doubling both the number of entries and participating schools compared to the first year.

The competition recorded a strong influence when attracting many schools from remote areas such as Dong Van (Ha Giang), Mai Chau (Hoa Binh), Yen Bai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak ... Participating in the second season, students have the opportunity to develop creative thinking, teamwork skills and apply STEM knowledge into practice. With the support of teachers, the projects not only ensure professionalism but also demonstrate the innocent and creative perspective of the future generation.
Mr. Oka Hiroyuki, Director of Panasonic Vietnam, shared at the ceremony: “Panasonic always considers the young generation as the core force in the journey to contribute to the health, prosperity and sustainable development of Vietnam.
To realize that vision, we have devoted much effort to “Panasonic for Sustainable Schools” - a social responsibility initiative to bring students across the country the opportunity to experience STEMeducation , thereby equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to become global citizens, and ready for the journey to conquer the future.
After two years of organizing the contest "Creating STEM with Me", I was very impressed to witness Vietnamese students not only quickly approaching and getting acquainted with scientific knowledge of STEM, but also demonstrating rich creativity when applying that knowledge to solve practical problems in life."

Journalist Nguyen Phan Khue, Editor-in-Chief of the Young Pioneers and Children Newspaper, shared: “The Ministry of Education and Training is aiming to develop a generation of well-rounded students who know how to promote creativity in learning and are ready to contribute to society in the future.
Through the entries demonstrating the intelligence and eagerness to learn of students across the country, I believe that the two seasons of the program have left a positive impression on schools, parents, and especially on students who love creativity and exploration of science and technology.”
Future generations demonstrate creative thinking and social problem solving with STEM
This year, STEM projects impressed the Organizing Committee by not only demonstrating a solid knowledge base, but also reflecting an interest in current social issues. Notably, many entries have initially approached and applied artificial intelligence (AI) – the key technology of the era.
After a thorough evaluation process, the Organizing Committee and STEM experts selected the best projects to honor, of which 2 Impressive Awards were given to:
- A group of 3rd grade students from Archimedes Dong Anh Primary School (Hanoi) with the project "Seed Bomb" - an initiative to convey a green message, encouraging environmental protection;
- A group of students from Xuan La Secondary School (Hanoi) with the project "Reducing soil acidity from eggshells and measuring pH" - demonstrating scientific thinking and the ability to connect knowledge with practical environmental issues.

A group of students from Archimedes Dong Anh Primary School and Xuan La Secondary School, Tay Ho, Hanoi won the Impression Award - the highest award of the competition.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 5 primary school prizes, 5 secondary school prizes and many other creative prizes to encourage the spirit of continuous learning and creativity of the young generation of Vietnam.
Dr. Tran Ngoc Chat, STEM Education Expert - representative of the Jury, shared:
“I am really impressed with the quality of this year’s entries – not only because of the variety of projects, but also because of the depth of creative thinking, practicality and teamwork ability of the students. The videos recording the product implementation process clearly show the serious investment and initiative of the students in applying interdisciplinary knowledge to solve practical problems – in line with the spirit of modern STEM education.”
