On August 5, the Population - Communication and Health Education Department of Ha Quang Medical Center coordinated with Can Yen Border Guard Station to organize a talk on population, residence, and national border work for 106 Party cell secretaries, hamlet chiefs, heads of front work committees, youth unions, village health workers and population work collaborators, and people of Phieng Pan and Ta Cap hamlets, Can Yen commune.

At the talk, officers from the Department of Population - Communication and Health Education, Can Yen Border Guard Station informed about the current population policy; introduced documents of the Party and State related to adjusting the birth rate and the 2-child policy, improving population quality; propagandized about sovereignty , residence and protection of national borders. Provided relevant documents and materials; answered some situations and practical questions of the delegates attending.

The talk aims to provide people with knowledge about legal regulations on population, population policies, programs issued by the Government and the province to implement population work until 2030; raise awareness, sense of law enforcement, maintain security and order and develop socio -economy in border areas.

As planned, on August 11, the Department of Population - Communication and Health Education of Ha Quang Medical Center continued to coordinate with the border posts: Soc Giang, Tong Cot, Lung Nam to organize a thematic talk on population, residence, and national border work in the hamlets: Cot Nua, Lung Tum, Chong Ma, Lung Pan (Tong Cot commune); Rang Rung, Lung Luong (Lung Nam commune); Ban Hoang, Coc Sau (Truong Ha commune).
