On July 30, Ninh Binh Provincial Police coordinated with Phat Diem Commune People's Committee to organize a conference to launch the "Digital Education for All" movement at Phat Vinh Parish.
The conference aims to implement Resolution 57, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; implement the 2025 Digital Transformation Program of Ninh Binh province; and continue to promote the implementation of Project 06 of the Government.

Phat Diem Commune is the locality chosen by Ninh Binh Provincial Police to organize a pilot conference, then expand it throughout the area.
At the conference, delegates and parishioners in the area were guided by the Reporter of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Ministry of Public Security on basic contents on the "Digital Popular Education" platform such as introduction to the digital popular education platform on the Internet; instructions on registration, login to VNeID electronic identification account, how to use VNeID application, online public services, and online application submission.
Along with that, the Reporter also provided basic digital knowledge and skills, how to look up electronic payments, look up health information; some skills to ensure security, safety of personal data, prevent and combat crimes, violations of the law in cyberspace; some cashless payment solutions; plans to limit risks when using cashless payments.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Do Hoai Nam, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized that the conference to launch the "Digital Education for All" movement at Phat Vinh Parish has a particularly important meaning. This is a practical movement to concretize Resolution 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; National Digital Transformation Program, Project 06 of the Government, demonstrating the determination of all levels, sectors and people, in which the Provincial Police plays a permanent role in bringing digital transformation closer to people in all regions, including religious people.
In order for the "Digital Literacy for All" movement to truly spread, be effective, go into depth and become a habit of applying digital in people's lives, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department requested the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order to continue to play a leading role in guiding commune-level police units to coordinate and deploy the movement widely in localities, including parishes in the province.
The police of communes and wards continue to proactively advise the Party Committee and local authorities, coordinate with religious dignitaries, departments and organizations to organize classes, foster knowledge and promote the role of the Community Digital Technology Team, Youth Union, and Women's Union at the grassroots level to step up propaganda work, bring the content of "Digital Literacy for the People" into community meetings and activities, creating consensus and active participation from the people.

On this occasion, the Provincial Police presented laptops to the Phat Diem Commune Administrative Center and Phat Vinh Parish; some smartphones and SIM cards to parishioners./.
