Faced with the above situation, on August 31, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) issued an urgent recommendation, requesting people to proactively protect their health and comply with safety instructions when attending parades and marches.
Specifically, people should arrange their attendance time reasonably, should not arrive too early from the previous afternoon; bring drinking water, snacks and light items to protect against the sun and rain. While watching, avoid jostling, pushing, not getting too excited, not shouting or arguing.

People are advised to install the A80 application or observe and identify the nearest medical stations so that they can receive support when needed. In an emergency, stay calm, follow the instructions of the authorities, follow the flow of people, maintain a steady posture, do not try to go against the flow and quickly observe the exit.
In case of being caught in a crowd, keep your hands in front of your chest to avoid suffocation, take short steps to follow the movement, do not stop in the middle of the crowd. If you fall, cover your head, bend over to protect your vital organs and find a chance to stand up as soon as possible.

The A80 Medical Operations Center located at the Hanoi 115 Emergency Center is closely coordinating with other forces to ensure medical safety for people during the peak festival days.
