Along with diverse designs, ensuring product quality of household, decorative and spiritual ceramic products, in the past 3-4 years, Bau Truc Cham Pottery Cooperative (Ninh Phuoc commune) has focused on promoting the image of the craft village, tourist attractions, as well as ceramic products on social networking platforms and e-commerce platforms to reach and expand the market more effectively. According to Mr. Phu Huu Minh Thuan - Director of Bau Truc Cham Pottery Cooperative, currently, the proportion of ceramic products of the cooperative sold through online channels accounts for about 60-70%. Platforms such as: facebook, zalo, shopee, website... have been helping the cooperative reach many domestic and foreign customers, increase sales and increase revenue. Currently, the cooperative has 18 official employees with income ranging from 5 to 12 million VND/person/month depending on skills.

For Ms. Vo Thi Minh Hien - a teacher at Phu Ha 2 Primary School (Phan Rang Ward), since the Government and local authorities have promoted digital transformation extensively and comprehensively, the benefits of digital technology have become increasingly clear, gradually becoming a habit in life and work. According to Ms. Minh Hien, currently, most businesses and traders in traditional markets have QR codes and bank account numbers for customers to conveniently pay when purchasing goods. The school where she works and many other schools in the province have implemented cashless payment, creating convenience for both teachers and parents. Telecommunications services, electricity, water, medical services, etc. can all be paid for in cashless form, which is very convenient.
“For me, digital transformation is an inevitable trend and brings many practical benefits. Not only does it save paper and ink; save time and travel costs; facilitate record keeping, etc., digital transformation and increased application of information technology also help me improve the quality of teaching through electronic lectures that integrate many images, videos , graphics, sounds, texts and vivid, easy-to-understand learning games that attract students to participate in learning. Along with that, through digital platforms, I connect better with students and parents; can study and teach online; conduct tests, assessments, statistics, and reports through software accurately, quickly and fairly” - teacher Minh Hien expressed.
Through the promotion of digital transformation, pensions, social insurance benefits, social allowances, and policies for people with meritorious services are now paid through accounts, so people do not have to waste time traveling. The implementation of health insurance examination and treatment by ID cards and citizen ID cards by medical facilities in the province also brings many conveniences to people. Ms. Tran Thi Diep - a resident of Phuoc Khanh village (Ninh Phuoc commune) said: “Since the documents have been integrated into the ID card, especially the VNeID electronic identification account activated at level 2, I do not need to carry many types of documents when going to see a doctor, getting medical treatment, doing administrative procedures, participating in traffic and performing many other transactions. With just a smartphone with a mobile banking application installed, I can pay for electricity, water, telecommunications, tuition and daily necessities by bank transfer. In small business, I also print QR codes and bank account numbers for customers to conveniently pay when purchasing goods.”
The efforts and achievements in digital transformation in recent years have brought about "turning point" changes and gradually become habits of many people in life and production; contributing to effectively implementing the goal of building digital government, digital economy and digital society in the province; serving comprehensively and better the needs of people and businesses in the new era.
From the practical benefits that digital transformation brings, in the coming time, along with the determination and efforts of the political system from the province to the grassroots, people in the province also need to proactively raise awareness and actively participate in the digital transformation process to improve the quality of life and promote production and business.
