At the workshop, Dr. Hoang Vinh Ha, Director of Hanoi - Dong Nai Eye Hospital, shared knowledge about retinal diseases and diabetic retinopathy, symptoms, and principles of treatment to avoid dangerous complications of the disease, which is blindness.
