On the afternoon of October 21, Colonel Le Hong Thang, Head of the Criminal Police Department ( Hai Phong City) said that the Investigation Police Agency is focusing on arresting 2 male employees of a karaoke bar in Kenh Duong Ward (Le Chan District) to investigate and clarify the cause of the stabbing of a group of young men singing, resulting in 1 death and 2 injuries.
After stabbing and injuring 3 customers, 2 suspects, employees of the karaoke bar at 105 Quan Nam, Kenh Duong Ward (Le Chan District, Hai Phong City) are currently on the run.
According to initial information, on the evening of October 20, after drinking on Van Cao Street (in Dang Giang Ward, Ngo Quyen District), Hoang Ngoc T. (28 years old, from Nghe An - temporarily residing in An Duong District) and 4 friends, including: Bui Anh T. (27 years old, residing in Dong Quoc Binh Ward, Ngo Quyen District), Dao Tuan A. (16 years old, residing in Tien Phong Commune, Vinh Bao District, Hai Phong City); Nguyen Duc T. (29 years old, from Ha Tinh ) and Nguyen Van T. (25 years old, from Phu Tho) invited each other to go to Tonight karaoke bar (address 105 Quan Nam, Kenh Duong Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City) to sing.
After singing for a while, Bui Anh T. left first. Hoang Ngoc T. and 3 friends stayed to sing until nearly 3:30 on October 21 and then left.
While paying, Hoang Ngoc T.'s group had a conflict, leading to a fight with two male employees of the restaurant, Le Van Khanh (33 years old, residing in May Chai Ward) and Tran Viet Trung (35 years old, residing in Dong Khe Ward, both in Ngo Quyen District).
As a result, Hoang Ngoc T. was hacked to death a few dozen meters away from the karaoke bar; Nguyen Duc T. and Nguyen Van T. were seriously injured.
After committing the crime, Khanh and Trung fled the scene and their residence.
Immediately after the murder, Kenh Duong Ward Police were present to protect the scene, arrange for people to take the two injured victims to the hospital for emergency treatment; and at the same time reported the incident to Le Chan District Police.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department of Hai Phong City Police is focusing on investigating and arresting two suspects, Le Van Khanh and Tran Viet Trung, to clarify the cause of the stabbing of three karaoke guests, resulting in one death and two serious injuries.
