National cultural values, including archaeological sites, are constantly being cared for and developed, contributing to the socio -economic development and improving the spiritual and cultural life of the people. However, in reality, archaeological sites are mainly known to researchers, serving the purposes of archaeological exploration, excavation, historical research and specialized sciences, and are not known to the people and tourists as places to preserve historical and cultural values of the early days of the country's founding. The management and protection of the sites have not been carried out strictly and systematically. The preservation of excavation pits and artifacts discovered at the sites has not been carried out scientifically...
Based on the results of the current research, the Project Management Board has proposed groups of solutions to promote the value of archaeological relics in the city, including: solutions on mechanisms, solutions on policies, solutions in exploration and excavation work, solutions on conservation, storage and promotion of the value of archaeological relics in Hai Phong city.
