August 8: VND/USD central exchange rate turns to decrease

Specifically, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate on the morning of August 8 at 25,228 VND/USD, down 11 VND compared to the morning of August 7.

According to the regulated trading band of ±5%, today's ceiling exchange rate is 26,489 VND/USD, and the floor exchange rate is 23,967 VND/USD.

The reference exchange rate at the State Bank of Vietnam is currently 24,028 - 26,450 VND/USD (buy - sell).

Reference exchange rates between Vietnamese Dong and foreign currencies at the Foreign Exchange Management Department are as follows:

At VietinBank , updated at 9:15, the VND/USD exchange rate is 26,030 - 26,390 VND (buy - sell), an increase of 165 VND for buying and 15 VND for selling compared to August 7.

This morning, BIDV Bank also announced the same exchange rate as VietinBank, down 10 VND for both buying and selling.

At Vietcombank , the exchange rate this morning was at 26,000 - 26,390 VND (buy - sell), up 10 VND in both directions.

On the free market, the exchange rate this morning was at 26,010 - 26,400 VND (buying, selling), down 20 VND for buying and up 30 VND for selling compared to August 7.
