Improve the efficiency of investment management in information technology application

(QNO) - On the morning of June 11, the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam province organized a training course to guide the implementation of Decree No. 82 of the Government related to the management of investment in information technology applications using state budget capital.

Nearly 90 officers in charge of information technology, digital transformation and financial planning from departments, branches and district People's Committees across the province attended the training.

According to Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, updating and promptly grasping new legal regulations, especially in the field of investment in information technology application using state budget capital, is a prerequisite to help agencies and units implement digital transformation in a methodical, economical and effective manner.

The training course focused on clarifying the core contents of Decree No. 82 and related documents on management of investment in information technology application using the state budget; introducing specific directives and instructions of Quang Nam province in the current digital transformation work.

In addition to theory, we will delve into practical situations, answer questions and share experiences in implementation at the grassroots level. The training course is considered an important first step in the roadmap to implement the goals of the Quang Nam Province Digital Transformation Plan in 2025.
