Signing of the cooperation regulations between the two units

Based on legal regulations, the People's Procuracy of Region 3 has proactively researched and drafted a Coordination Regulation based on the principle of ensuring respect and creating conditions to help each other perform well the functions and tasks of each agency.

Director of the People's Procuracy of Region 3 Le Quang Hoa affirmed: Over the past years, the two units, formerly the People's Procuracy and People's Court of A Luoi district and the former Phong Dien and Huong Tra towns, have regularly coordinated closely and effectively in resolving administrative cases; civil and commercial cases. However, due to changes in administrative boundaries, agencies, units as well as some legal provisions, the signing of the regulations is evidence of close, timely and smooth coordination between the two units in performing their tasks, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the parties.

Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 3 Phan Sang highly appreciated the preparation work when drafting the coordination regulations. He emphasized that the signing ceremony was necessary to speed up the resolution of cases and incidents as well as to enhance the responsibility of the two units. At the same time, he pledged to closely coordinate with the People's Procuracy of Region 3 to effectively implement the contents of the Regulations.

The signing ceremony of the Coordination Regulations between the People's Procuracy and the People's Court of Region 3 - Hue is an important step forward in improving the quality of handling and resolving administrative cases; civil and commercial cases. This is also a solid foundation for the two units to more effectively handle cases and incidents arising in the coming time.
