Recognizing the importance of digitizing administrative procedure records, in recent times, Ha Tinh has implemented many solutions to improve the level of digitization of records such as: providing guidance on updating and digitizing records on the information system of district-level public administrative centers and commune-level one-stop shops in the province; organizing training on professional skills to control, update administrative procedures and implementation procedures on the software of the information system to handle administrative procedures for key officials and civil servants of provincial-level departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.

Thanks to that, up to now, the level of digitization of administrative procedure records of localities has reached a fairly high level. Typically: Hong Linh Town over 71.2%, Ky Anh Town over 69.7%, Thach Ha District over 68.4%, Ky Anh District 66.2%, Huong Khe District 64.5%, Ha Tinh City 64.1%... The rate of digitization of administrative procedure records in the whole province reached 81.09%, the rate of records with electronic results reached 59.7%.
