At the provincial Martyrs' Temple, in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, delegates performed the bell-ringing and gong-ringing rituals, laid wreaths and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh , General Vo Nguyen Giap and the heroic martyrs who devoted and sacrificed to protect the independence and freedom of the nation, for the peace and happiness of the people.
Next, the delegates held a ceremony to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at the Monument and the martyrs' graves to pay tribute and commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and protection of the Fatherland.

Before the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province vow to unite and strive to build their homeland to become more and more developed, worthy of the great sacrifices of previous generations; vow to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.
At the same time, promote the fine traditions of the heroic homeland of Dak Lak; continue to care for and visit families of policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, and support Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; create favorable conditions for war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of martyrs to overcome difficulties in life.
