Implementing Plan No. 484-KH/TU dated June 22, 2025 of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee on organizing the Ceremony to announce the Resolution of the Central Committee on the arrangement of administrative units (ADUs), decisions and Resolutions of the province on the establishment of commune-level Party Committees and leadership personnel of localities; implementing the assignment of the Provincial Party Committee in Official Dispatch No. 1697-CV/TU dated June 26, 2025, on the morning of June 30, 2025, Comrade Nong Hoa Thuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs attended the Ceremony to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on ending the activities of district-level administrative units, arranging commune-level administrative units; decision to establish commune-level Party Committees, appointing Party Committee personnel, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level in Ca Thanh commune.
