On the evening of July 23, at the Hanoi Opera House, the program was held to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day and look forward to the country's major events in 2025. The program is a vivid tribute to those who sacrificed for national independence and the happiness of the people. The event was broadcast live on VTV2, Vietnam Television.
Attending the event were Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong; Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh; leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism... along with war invalids, historical witnesses and a large audience in the capital.

The program is an activity with profound political and social significance, an opportunity to uphold the tradition of "remembering the source of water when drinking", expressing deep gratitude to the senior leaders, heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers who have devoted their youth and their entire lives to the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland, including journalists who have used their sharp pens as weapons of combat, contributing to the glorious victory of the Vietnamese revolution.
Many journalists have fallen on the fierce battlefield or sacrificed part of their bodies in the fight to protect the Fatherland. They are the ones who have conveyed the Party's will, fanning the flames of revolution in the hearts of the masses.
Memories of Legends is divided into two parts: Part 1 "The people who wrote the legend" recalls the heroic years of the nation, when millions of Vietnamese people were ready to sacrifice to protect every inch of their homeland. Stories, images, excerpts from documents and teachings of President Ho Chi Minh about the merits of heroic martyrs are recreated with emotion.
Part 2 "Letter to the living" is a message to today's generation, those who are living in peace, independence and pride, awakening patriotism and arousing the will to contribute in each citizen, especially the young generation.
Immortal songs, which have stood the test of time, such as: Vietnam's Standing Position; Country, Singing about you, Red Flower Color, Unforgettable Song, The Road We Go, Far Away, Grateful Candles performed by artists such as: People's Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan, Dong Hung, Quang Ha, Pham Thu Ha, and the Time Stream group... bring the audience back to life sacred moments, moving stories about the noble sacrifices, courage and noble ideals of generations of fathers and brothers.
