Sign a commitment to comply with regulations in petroleum business

Petroleum trading enterprises have been instructed, disseminated and signed a commitment to comply with regulations in petroleum trading activities by the Ha Tinh Market Management Department and other units.

On the afternoon of January 16, the Ha Tinh Market Management Department held a conference to disseminate and guide a number of regulations on petroleum trading and sign a commitment to comply with legal regulations in petroleum trading activities.

Leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade, Customs Department, Tax Department, and Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality of Ha Tinh attended.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, on average, the whole province uses 350,000 - 360,000 m3 ^of gasoline each year. Ha Tinh currently has 2 gasoline depots and 231 retail gasoline stores on land, and 5 gasoline stores on water. In recent times, gasoline trading activities have basically met market demand. Enterprises have basically complied with legal regulations in gasoline trading activities.

However, some retail stores in remote areas still violate regulations on fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection, price posting and selling at the correct listed price, regulations on sales hours, signs, and storage of gasoline samples... In 2023, the Ha Tinh Market Management Department handled 8 violations with a fine of 50.5 million VND.

At the conference, functional units introduced legal documents in the petroleum sector; regulations on measurement and quality of petroleum; and common violations of the law in the petroleum business sector.

Enterprises also received answers from relevant departments and branches regarding issues related to the regulations on issuing invoices for each sale; instructions on hanging signs when signing with multiple suppliers at the same time...

At the conference, the Ha Tinh Market Management Department deployed the signing of commitments to comply with legal regulations for petroleum businesses in the area.
