Checking the invigilation of the 2025 high school graduation exam

- On the morning of June 26, the Inspection Team of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, led by Mr. Hoang Quoc Tuan, Director of the Departmentof Education and Training, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the Exam, inspected the exam invigilation work at two exam sites: Van Quan High School and Luong Van Tri High School.

The inspection team inspected the physical conditions of the examination rooms at the examination sites.

At the examination sites, the inspection team worked with the Head of the examination site, grasped the situation of the organization of the examination in the first examination session, inspected the assignment of tasks to the invigilators, supervisors, security, medical staff, the work of ensuring material conditions, as well as the implementation of examination regulations by the forces participating in organizing the examination.

The inspection showed that the examination sites strictly followed the examination invigilation process according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training and the direction of the Provincial Examination Steering Committee. The work of delivering and receiving examination papers, arranging invigilators, supervising examination rooms, checking candidates' identification documents, etc. were all carried out according to the correct procedures, ensuring strictness, seriousness, and no errors occurred.

At the same time, the invigilators at all locations were present on time; the examination rooms were arranged according to regulations, ensuring ventilation and adequate lighting; the surveillance camera system operated stably. The work of ensuring security, order, traffic safety, and supporting candidates and the task force was well maintained.

During the inspection, the Director of the Department of Education and Training highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the examination sites in carrying out their tasks in accordance with regulations, ensuring that the examination took place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations. He requested that the examination sites continue to maintain examination room discipline, regularly remind invigilators and candidates to strictly comply with regulations; promptly report and handle arising situations, and avoid errors in the organization of the examination .
