Launching Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster project

In recent years, SDN has demonstrated its pioneering spirit in investing in the development of Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster and the development strategy of Da Nang Free Trade Zone - a breakthrough orientation in attracting investment and sustainable growth of the city.

The city leaders expect SDN to maintain its spirit of dedication in the coming time. Regarding Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster, the city leaders requested the company to continue to implement in accordance with the planning orientation, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency, meeting the requirements of local industrial development associated with environmental protection and sustainable development.

According to information at the ceremony, Saigon - Danang Investment Joint Stock Company (SDN) is a member of Saigon Investment Group (SGI). In Danang, SDN is the investor of many projects, notably Lien Chieu Industrial Park.

In Decision No. 1611/QD-UBND dated May 26, 2025 of the City People's Committee on the establishment of Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster, SDN is the investor in constructing the technical infrastructure of the industrial cluster.

Accordingly, Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster is deployed in Hoa Nhon Commune, Hoa Vang District on an industrial cluster planning area of 24.75 hectares according to the planning approved by competent authorities. The project implementation progress is 36 months, the project operation period is 50 years from the date of land allocation.

The total investment is expected to be nearly 285 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is more than 137 billion VND, and borrowed and mobilized capital is nearly 147 billion VND. The main business lines are mechanics, metal products, electronics, machinery manufacturing, electrical equipment, textiles, footwear, plastic products manufacturing, printing and services related to printing and manufacturing of wood products, other supporting industries and other industries as prescribed by law.
