- On the morning of August 29, a delegation of the Labor Federation of Bac Ninh province offered incense at the Memorial Site of Comrade Hoang Van Thu and surveyed the construction of a lighting line in Coc Man village, Khau Pha hamlet, Hoang Van Thu commune.
