With the theme: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", at the first working session, the congress consulted to elect the Presidium, the congress secretary, approved the congress program, the congress regulations, and reported on the situation of delegates attending the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Kon Tum province. According to the review report of activities, the 10th Congress for the 2019-2024 term.
At the conference, delegates attending the Congress discussed and commented on the draft Political Report at the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and commented on amending the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. At the same time, they discussed and evaluated to clarify the results of the activities of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations in all aspects of work for the 2019-2024 term; and the directions and tasks for the 2024-2029 term.
In particular, many presentations clearly stated good and creative work in residential areas and among ethnic minorities in the province; experiences and solutions in implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; social supervision and criticism work; and contributions to Party building and government building.
The Congress conducted consultations and unanimously elected 91 members of the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term 2024 - 2029; At the same time, it consulted and elected 9 members of the Standing Committee of the 11th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term 2024 - 2029.
Tomorrow, August 29, the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Kon Tum province, term 2024-2029, will continue the second session of the working program.
