Diverse job opportunities

Mr. Cao Tan Truong, Director of the Employment Service Center, said: 28 agencies, units, enterprises, vocationaltraining institutions, employment service centers... bring to the fair countless job opportunities at home and abroad, including locally. This is an opportunity for workers, especially students, demobilized soldiers, people who have completed their prison sentences and those affected by economic restructuring to find suitable jobs. At the same time, the festival also has 7 OCOP booths displaying, introducing and selling typical products and local specialties. This is not only a place to promote the value of "one commune, one product" but also to promote startups, innovation and create jobs on the spot.

This year's job fair is not only a job connection festival, but also a connecting day, demonstrating dynamism and creativity in human resource development and social security. At the same time, it disseminates information on the labor market, creating conditions for provincial workers to find jobs locally, domestically and in foreign labor markets.

I need a job with less pressure, flexible hours but the income still meets the minimum living standards," Ms. Trang said.

According to Ms. Trang, before quitting her job, she earned 6 million VND/month at her old company, and if she worked overtime, she earned about 7-8 million VND.
