The decision clearly states that the term of office of Mr. Le Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, will be extended until retirement age.

The extension period is from September 16, 2024.

Currently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has 1 Minister and 5 Deputy Ministers. In which, Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh is responsible for assisting the Minister in directing the following areas: employment; national target program on multidimensional and sustainable poverty reduction; labor relations and wages; labor safety; and the Ministry's business sector.

Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh is Chairman of the National Wage Council; Standing member of the Central Steering Committee of the National Target Program on sustainable multidimensional poverty reduction.
