More than 300 veterans met to celebrate the 47th anniversary of the 307th Infantry Division's tradition.

On July 26, at the 888th Infantry Regiment (Dak Lak Provincial Military Command), the Veterans Liaison Committee of the 307th Infantry Division in Phu Yen (formerly) held a meeting to celebrate the 47th anniversary of the Division's founding.

The meeting was attended by more than 300 veterans from provinces and cities from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City.

The 307th Infantry Division was established by the Ministry of National Defense in 1978. This is the main mobile division of Military Region 5. The Division's formation includes infantry regiments, artillery regiments, and combat support units.

After 47 years of building, fighting and growing up, especially more than 10 years of fighting on the Cambodian battlefield, the lightning-fast steps of the "Ba Le Bay" soldier overcame Bung Lung, Ta Keo, Ratanakiri, Strungtreng... winning at the "death door 547" to be present at the historic Preahvihia temple on January 7, 1979, liberating the last line of defense of Northeastern Cambodia. The image of the Division soldier has been deeply engraved in the hearts of the people of the beautiful country of pagodas and towers.

The Veterans Liaison Committee of the 307th Infantry Division in Phu Yen (formerly) presented gifts to veterans in difficult circumstances who were often sick.

With its outstanding achievements, the 307th Infantry Division and 16 affiliated units were awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces by the President .

Over 47 years of building, fighting and growing, generations of officers and soldiers of the 307th Infantry Division have not been afraid of sacrifice and hardship, participating in combat on many fronts, protecting important targets, excellently completing assigned tasks, continuing to embellish the glorious traditional flag of the heroic Division .

The Veterans Liaison Committee of the BB307 Division in Phu Yen (formerly) presented a rotating flag to the Veterans Liaison Committee of the BB307 Division in Khanh Hoa.

On this occasion, the Veterans Liaison Committee of the 307th Infantry Division in Phu Yen (formerly) presented a rotating flag to the Veterans Liaison Committee of the 307th Infantry Division in Khanh Hoa, which will host the meeting in 2026; and also presented 10 gifts to veterans in difficult circumstances and who are often sick (each gift is worth 1.2 million VND).
