On the morning of June 27, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Science , Technology and Innovation.

The National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, which includes the following contents: the arrangement of sources for payment of debts under the Government's responsibility at the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC); the transition to applying a number of specific mechanisms and policies that have been permitted by the National Assembly to be implemented in a number of localities after restructuring the apparatus and expanding administrative boundaries according to the policies of the Party and the State; visa exemption for foreigners who are in special need of preferential treatment to enter Vietnam; the handling of debt collection sources of policy credit programs funded by the state budget that have expired at the Social Policy Bank; Funding for drug rehabilitation facilities and support policies and regimes for cadres, workers and civil servants working in drug rehabilitation; Supplementing the investment form of the North-South high-speed railway project and solutions to continue implementing planning work associated with administrative unit arrangement during the time when the Law on Planning (amended) has not been promulgated.

After the above contents, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered a closing speech at the session.
