At the meeting, Ms. Ro Cham H'Hong, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, said: After reviewing, the above 5 wards currently have a total of 144 branches with 7,622 members. However, after the administrative merger, these localities have not yet established a ward-level Farmers' Association, causing difficulties in leading and operating the farmers' movement at the grassroots level.

The lack of organization of the Association leads to many limitations in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; at the same time, it causes difficulties in gathering and mobilizing farmers to participate in emulation movements such as: good production and business; building new rural areas, civilized urban areas...
At the meeting, representatives of the wards reflected on some difficulties in the Association's activities due to the lack of an Association organization at the ward level; at the same time, they agreed to propose the establishment of an Association organization in accordance with the Association's Charter and Instruction No. 205-HD/HNDTW dated June 4, 2025 of the Central Standing Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union on the arrangement of organization, apparatus and activities of the Association in localities implementing administrative unit mergers.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Ro Cham H'Hong emphasized: The establishment of the ward-level Farmers' Association is necessary to meet the needs of activities and gathering members at the grassroots level. The Provincial Farmers' Association agreed on the policy and requested the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the wards to coordinate and guide the development of the personnel plan for the ward-level Farmers' Association, ensuring compliance with regulations and practicality after the merger.
