Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man stated that the conference is an activity demonstrating the National Assembly's determination in digital transformation in performing public duties; implementing the specific direction of General Secretary To Lam: it is necessary to implement methodically, have a set of documents, organize training and evaluation so that each person clearly sees their responsibilities and needs, and serves the work more effectively.

At the conference, delegates heard a report on the organization and implementation of Plan No. 39 on the implementation of the Digital Literacy Movement - Digital National Assembly and the policy of the National Assembly Party Committee on building a digital knowledge and skills foundation for a modern, lifelong learning National Assembly.
Reports in the form of short thematic videos made by the Standing Committee of the Science, Technology and Environment using AI assistants were shown instead of traditional long reports, presented by AI. The video series also introduced, analyzed, and clarified the knowledge and digital skills framework for the modern National Assembly. It guided National Assembly deputies and civil servants in the National Assembly system to use AI for their duties, guided them on how to use lifelong learning platforms, illustrated how AI supports parliamentary work, and introduced ChatGPT.

The conference affirmed an important message: Lifelong learning and continuous innovation are the mottos of the National Assembly in the digital age. This motto demonstrates the determination from the leadership to each cadre in self-improvement to keep up with the times and serve the people better and better. The conference will create a strong impetus for the movement "Digital Education for the People - Digital National Assembly", contributing to building a National Assembly that is constantly progressing and worthy of the people's trust.
The conference also held the inauguration ceremony of the “Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly” Platform. Party and State leaders witnessed agencies and units signing commitments to implement Plan No. 39. At the conference, delegates also listened to reports on the National Assembly’s digital transformation work and coordination in implementing Plan No. 39 and a thematic report on some typical lessons on the Digital Popular Education - Digital National Assembly Platform.
Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam acknowledged and commended the National Assembly Party Committee - National Assembly Standing Committee for organizing the conference "Digital Education for All - Digital National Assembly". General Secretary To Lam requested that Party committees and authorities from the central to local levels need to resolutely implement the digital education movement for all.
Equipping people with digital knowledge will help them become more confident in the digital environment, proactively seize opportunities and adapt to technological developments. General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the "Digital Literacy for All" movement not only has educational significance but also plays an important role in economic and social development.
When every official, National Assembly delegate and citizen masters technology, the country will move faster on the path of modernization. The proactiveness of this movement promises to contribute to making Vietnam an advanced digital nation, firmly stepping into the digital era.
