In the 2024-2025 school year, the Naval Academy has comprehensively implemented resolutions, directives, plans, and instructions from all levels on education and training, and scientific research; continued to concretize the motto "The quality of the school's training is the unit's combat readiness". Building and organizing training content and programs for the school year that are close to reality and suitable for each training subject; effectively applying information technology and digital transformation to organization and management; adjusting programs, building output standards, innovating teaching methods, and improving the quality of assessment and evaluation, creating positive changes. Scientific research activities, training cooperation, practical training, and building a formal system are maintained in a disciplined and effective manner.

The Academy has effectively implemented digital transformation activities and the "Digital Education for All" movement, notably: Building 30 electronic learning materials, digitizing 47 documents, actively applying digital classroom models, online testing and assessment, and digitizing training management processes.... The Council of Professors in the school year appointed 1 Associate Professor, continued to consider and recognize the title of Associate Professor for 5 comrades; proposed to recognize 4 senior lecturers, 18 main lecturers, and 29 starting lecturer positions. The enrollment target and the number of applications for admission to the Naval Academy in 2025 increased. The Olympic teams of Mathematics, Chemistry, Information Technology, Chemistry, English, and Russian participating in competitions at all levels achieved high results...
Concluding the conference, Colonel Ngo Thanh Cong emphasized the major orientations of the academy in the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on innovating training programs and content close to combat realities; developing a team of young, highly qualified, and ethical lecturers; promoting scientific research and compiling textbooks; applying digital technology, gradually building smart schools, prioritizing investment, perfecting information technology infrastructure, developing electronic learning materials, online testing and assessment systems, and digitizing training management processes; strengthening discipline and formality training and building a formal, exemplary, and safe educational environment.
